Travel Physical Therapist (PT) - $1,655 to $1,855 per week in Mont Belvieu, TX

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

• New grads accepted
• First-time travelers accepted

Assignment Details

• 13-week assignment
• 36 hours expected, with the potential to work up to 40 hours
• Overtime must be approved by the director before any overtime hours are worked
• Patient population: Ortho
• Productivity expectation is 60 visits per week
• Expected patient volume is 12-14 patients per day
• Double-booking of follow-up visits is expected
