Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Florida Physical Therapist license is required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC required.
• Experience in inpatient rehabilitation, acute rehab, or outpatient settings preferred.
• Familiarity with Meditech and NetHealth (ReDoc) documentation systems preferred.
• Experience with common rehab procedures including evaluations, vestibular and lymphedema follow-up treatments preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

• Unit: Rehab Department supporting Inpatient Rehab Facility (IRF), Acute Rehab, and Outpatient services.
• Shift Name: Days.
• Shift Details: Days 0900-1730.
• Typical Patient Ratios (estimated): IRF 1:4; Acute 1:12; Outpatient 1:10.
• Documentation systems used: Meditech (IRF and Acute) and NetHealth/ReDoc (Outpatient).
• Required to work with rehab equipment; duties include evaluations and follow-up treatments including vestibular and lymphedema care.
• Dress code: scrubs in gray or black.
