Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Colorado state license required prior to the start of assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Outpatient physical therapy experience required. Candidate must be competent in 60-minute initial evaluations and 30-minute follow-up treatment sessions.
• Experience with development and documentation of individualized treatment plans, goal writing, and letters of medical necessity.
• Clinical documentation proficiency and charge entry using electronic medical records in compliance with state, federal, and payer regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise and delegate to therapy assistants or students as applicable.
• Preferred: Experience in multi-site outpatient settings and ability to split time between clinic locations.
