Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
  • Active Colorado Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • Experience in outpatient physical therapy settings preferred, including evaluation and treatment planning for musculoskeletal conditions.
  • Ability to perform 60-minute initial evaluations and 30-minute follow-up treatment sessions as part of standard clinic scheduling.
  • Documentation skills to complete evaluations, goal writing, functional quality indicator assessments, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry in a timely and compliant manner.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supervising or providing guidance to therapy aides, assistants, or students.
  • Previous exposure to outpatient caseloads that include return-to-community functional goals.
  • Active engagement in professional development and continuing education.

  • Shift pattern: 5x8 schedule.
  • Clinic uses 60-minute evaluations and 30-minute follow-up visits.
  • Candidate may be expected to follow clinic guidelines for appearance, attendance, punctuality, and safety practices.
