Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
  • Active Colorado Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • Outpatient clinic experience preferred, including experience performing 60-minute evaluations and 30-minute follow-up treatment sessions.
  • Experience with outpatient documentation, goal writing, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans and delegate/coordinate discipline-specific therapy services.
  • Ability to participate in student education and provide appropriate supervision when assigned (preferred).
