Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Colorado Physical Therapist license is required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Outpatient orthopedic or general outpatient clinical experience preferred.
• Experience providing 60-minute evaluations and 30-minute follow-up treatment sessions preferred.
• Documentation experience including evaluation notes, goal writing, letters of medical necessity, functional quality indicators, and charge entry.
• Ability to work within physician orders and payer authorizations and to complete timely, accurate charting in compliance with state and federal guidelines.
• Comfort supervising and delegating to therapy assistants or support staff as needed.
• Willingness to participate in student supervision and precepting as assigned (preferred).

• Duration: 13 week assignment, with client interest in longer-term placements.
