Travel Physical Therapist (PT) - $1,628 to $1,828 per week in Commerce City, CO

Join a traveling Physical Therapist position in Commerce City, CO at an outpatient facility where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location. Evaluate assigned patients, develop and implement treatment plans, provide 60-minute evaluations and 30-minute follow-ups, document care, and contribute to patient, family, student and team education. Maintain professional licensure and compliance with state practice acts. Demonstrate safety awareness and follow clinic guidelines for appearance, attendance and competencies.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Colorado physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in outpatient physical therapy settings preferred.
• Ability to perform 60 minute evaluations and 30 minute follow-up treatments as part of standard patient care.
• Competence in clinical documentation, goal writing, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry in accordance with clinic policies and payer requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience supervising or precepting students.
• Experience with performance improvement initiatives and interdisciplinary team collaboration.
