Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
  • Active Colorado Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
  • BLS Certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
  • Experience in outpatient orthopedics preferred, including evaluation and treatment of musculoskeletal conditions.
  • Experience with 60-minute initial evaluations and 30-minute follow-up treatment sessions preferred.
  • Demonstrated competency in documentation, goal writing, letters of medical necessity, and use of electronic medical records.
  • Ability to supervise and provide direction for students and support staff as needed.
  • Maintain professional licensure and complete state-mandated continuing education requirements.
