Travel Physical Therapist (PT) - $1,628 to $1,828 per week in Centennial, CO

Join a traveling Physical Therapist opportunity in Centennial, CO at an outpatient clinic where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location. This role involves comprehensive evaluations, individualized treatment planning, delegation and direction of discipline-specific therapy services, documentation and participation in student training. Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Colorado Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in outpatient physical therapy settings preferred, including 60-minute evaluations and 30-minute follow-up visits.
• Demonstrated competency in comprehensive evaluation, clinical reasoning, treatment planning, documentation, and use of electronic medical records.
• Ability to supervise and delegate to allied therapy personnel and provide student instruction when assigned.
• Maintenance of professional licensure and completion of state-mandated continuing education as required by the State Practice Act.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior travel or contract therapy experience in outpatient clinics preferred.
• Experience with functional, community-focused treatment program design preferred.

• Shift pattern: 5x8 schedule.
• Required to perform 60-minute initial evaluations and 30-minute follow-up treatment visits.
