Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Colorado Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience in outpatient physical therapy required. Candidate must be comfortable performing 60-minute evaluations and 30-minute follow-up treatment sessions.
- Demonstrated competency with documentation including evaluations, goal writing, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry in compliance with clinic and payer requirements.
- Ability to supervise or delegate discipline-specific therapy services and participate in student education when assigned.
- Maintain professional licensure in good standing and meet state continuing education requirements.
- Preferred: prior experience working in a system emphasizing patient and employee safety programs, safe patient handling, and performance improvement initiatives.

- Facility Type: Outpatient clinic.
- Shift Pattern: 5x8 schedule.
- Duration: 13 week assignment; client desires a longer term opportunity when possible.
- Clinical Expectations: 60-minute evaluations and 30-minute follow-ups; responsibility for developing and modifying treatment plans and documentation.
