Travel Physical Therapist — Outpatient — Aspen Park, CO


Join a busy outpatient clinic in Aspen Park, CO as a traveling Physical Therapist. Provide evaluation, treatment planning, documentation, and patient education for a varied caseload. Deliver one-hour evaluations with follow-up visits typically every 30 minutes. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to support patient recovery and safe return to community activities. Maintain professional standards, comply with safety protocols, and participate in performance improvement and student mentorship as assigned.


Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
  • Active Colorado Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • Experience in outpatient physical therapy with competency in evaluations, treatment planning, and documentation.
  • Ability to perform 60-minute evaluations and 30-minute follow-up appointments.
  • Must adhere to state practice act and maintain required continuing education and professional licensure in good standing.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in an outpatient clinic environment preferred.
  • Experience supervising or mentoring students preferred.

  • Shift pattern: 5x8.
