Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Colorado Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in outpatient physical therapy required, including 60-minute initial evaluations and 30-minute follow-up visits.
• Ability to float within the Denver metro area as needed.
• Clinical documentation skills, including goal writing, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry in compliance with regulatory and clinic standards.
• Adherence to state Practice Act and maintenance of professional licensure and continuing education.
• Professional behavior consistent with organizational code of conduct and patient safety practices.
• Preferred: experience supervising or precepting students and working with varied outpatient diagnoses.
