Minimum Requirements

• Doctoral, Master’s, or Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active New York State Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience in outpatient physical therapy settings preferred.
• Demonstrated experience evaluating and treating orthopedic diagnoses, post-operative patients, and musculoskeletal conditions preferred.
• Ability to document using electronic medical record systems preferred.
• Reliable transportation for travel to and from the assigned outpatient clinic.
