Travel Physical Therapist (PT) - $1,055 to $1,255 per week in Tawas City, MI

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Outpatient Experience
• PT Experience
• Active Michigan Physical Therapist License
• Active American Heart Association BLS

Assignment Details

• Hours: 8:00am - 5:30pm Monday through Thursday, and 8:00am - 12:00pm Friday
• Weekend requirement: No weekends
