Trinity Healthcare Talent Services is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist (PT) for an outpatient rehabilitation setting in North Carolina.
This role focuses on treating primarily orthopedic patients, helping them restore mobility, reduce pain, and improve functional independence. The therapist will work in a collaborative clinical environment and manage a steady caseload of patients requiring individualized care plans.
Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and reassessments
Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and mobility training
Implement rehabilitation techniques for orthopedic conditions
Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes
Outpatient Rehabilitation Clinic
Primarily orthopedic patient population (~90%)
Average of ~12 patients per day
Orthopedic injuries and conditions
Post-operative rehabilitation
Sports-related injuries
Musculoskeletal disorders
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) – REQUIRED (Hard Stop)
Minimum 1 year of recent outpatient PT experience
Active North Carolina PT License or eligibility
BLS Certification (AHA)
Experience with Cerner EMR
Strong background in orthopedic and outpatient rehabilitation
Full-time outpatient schedule
No weekend or on-call requirements
Locals accepted at same rate
No travel pairs allowed
Professional dress code required (no scrubs)
RTO must be submitted at time of application
Two supervisory references required
Candidates must provide updated documentation and Nursys
