Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Outpatient position located in Denver, Colorado. This outpatient therapy role involves evaluating patients, developing personalized treatment plans, and ensuring safe and effective patient care. The position supports a 6-month contract with a start date of August 10, 2026, and offers a standard full-time schedule.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours shift, minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; 6 months to 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience; CPR certification.
- Preferred Qualifications: Six months of outpatient experience is highly desired.
- Additional Information:
- Completes comprehensive evaluations and develops individualized treatment plans aimed at progressing patients toward discharge within an established length of stay.
- Ensures all care is provided under signed, valid physician orders and within insurance approval, as indicated and necessary for clinical care.
- Participates in student programs, providing a positive learning environment with appropriate supervision and evaluations.
- Maintains professional licensure in good standing and completes continuing education requirements.
- Applies clinical reasoning, documents patient progress accurately, and adheres to organizations performance improvement initiatives.
- Demonstrates commitment to safety, patient, and employee safety initiatives, including safe patient handling, infectious disease protocols, and slip/trip prevention.
- Promotes compliance with all clinical and organizational policies and standards.
