Physical Therapist Outpatient position located in Denver, Colorado. Job Details:

  • Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours shift, minimum of 40 hours per week.
  • Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; 6 months to 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience; CPR certification.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Six months of outpatient experience is highly desired.
  • Additional Information:
    • Completes comprehensive evaluations and develops individualized treatment plans aimed at progressing patients toward discharge within an established length of stay.
    • Ensures all care is provided under signed, valid physician orders and within insurance approval, as indicated and necessary for clinical care.
    • Participates in student programs, providing a positive learning environment with appropriate supervision and evaluations.
    • Maintains professional licensure in good standing and completes continuing education requirements.
    • Applies clinical reasoning, documents patient progress accurately, and adheres to organizations performance improvement initiatives.
    • Demonstrates commitment to safety, patient, and employee safety initiatives, including safe patient handling, infectious disease protocols, and slip/trip prevention.
    • Promotes compliance with all clinical and organizational policies and standards.
