Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Travel Physical Therapist (PT) for a contract assignment. The Physical Therapist will evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans designed to improve mobility, function, and overall quality of life for patients.

Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and rehabilitation services
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members
- Educate patients and caregivers regarding treatment plans and home exercise programs
- Ensure compliance with all professional and regulatory standards
Requirements
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, outpatient, acute care, or long-term care experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
