Trinity Healthcare Talent Services is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a 12-week assignment in Boulder City, Nevada. This role offers a diverse clinical environment where therapists will treat patients across multiple care settings including inpatient, outpatient, long-term care, and home health.
Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence
Treat patients across multiple care settings including acute care and outpatient therapy
Educate patients and caregivers on rehabilitation plans and home exercises
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
Document patient care and outcomes in the electronic medical record
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary care teams

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Active Nevada Physical Therapist License
BLS Certification
Ability to work across multiple therapy settings
Strong clinical judgment and patient care skills
