Job Overview
We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a travel assignment in a rehabilitation setting. This role supports Physical Therapists in delivering patient care aimed at improving mobility, function, and recovery outcomes.
The PTA will assist in implementing treatment plans and supporting patients through structured therapy programs under clinical supervision.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in implementing physical therapy treatment plans
Support patients through therapeutic exercises and mobility training
Document patient progress and treatment responses
Collaborate with Physical Therapists and care teams
Maintain patient safety during therapy sessions
Educate patients on basic rehabilitation exercises
Ensure compliance with clinical care standards
Requirements
Active Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license
Ability to work weekday rehabilitation schedule
