Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

  • Provide patient-centered care in a supportive acute care environment.
  • Assess and evaluate patient conditions to develop personalized therapy plans.
  • Implement rehabilitation programs to improve patient mobility and function.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Educate patients and families on home exercise programs following therapy.
  • Utilize Epic charting system for accurate documentation and compliance.

Qualifications

  • Valid state license or compact license in hand at submission.
  • Minimum one year of professional experience in acute care settings.
  • BLS certification is required.
  • Experience with Epic charting system preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of body mechanics and rehabilitation techniques.
  • Capability to manage patient care across diverse conditions and injuries.
