Job Details
- Schedule: Dayshift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Valid California Physical Therapist license, at least 1 year of experience as a Home Health PT, a valid California driver's license and auto insurance, BLS certification preferred.

- Daily Census: 80 patients.
- Additional Unit Information: Support from IV teams, physical therapy, interpretation services, and social services.
- Travel Experience Required: No.
- RTO Policy: Max RTO of 7 days per contract; holiday RTO for specified holidays starting at 7:00 PM the night before and ending at 7:00 AM the day after.
- Compliance: All onboarding labs are due within 3-5 days of contract signing. Candidates must provide 7-year work history verification and applicable certifications with valid expiration dates. All compliance documents are due 10 days prior to the start date.
