Physical Therapist Outpatient (PT OP) position located in Novato, California. Job Details:
- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Valid California PT (Physical Therapist) license, BLS certification, valid driver's license and auto insurance, EPIC electronic health record experience, 1 year of relevant outpatient experience.
- Preferred Qualifications: Previous outpatient experience, familiarity with community hospital settings, and additional certifications are a plus.
- Additional Information: The role requires critical thinking, complex problem-solving, and proficiency in developing treatment protocols and assessing evidence-based practices. Candidate must have the ability to educate others, develop training materials, and analyze clinical workflows to optimize patient outcomes.
