Job Summary
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Physical Therapy - Physical Therapist (PT) to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Deliver physical therapy services at an outpatient clinic, primarily focusing on inpatient needs.
- Develop and implement individual treatment plans to promote mobility and reduce pain.
- Collaborate with patients to manage and improve their physical health and wellness.
- Utilize ReDoc/NetHealth and MedHost EMR systems for patient documentation.
- Work a scheduled shift of Mon-Thurs, 8a-6p, and Fri, 8a-12p with one Saturday/month at the hospital.
- Participate in continuous professional development and training activities.
Qualifications
- State licensure as a Physical Therapist and BLS certification required.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience with both inpatient and outpatient settings.
- Proven experience in developing and managing physical therapy treatment plans.
- Pending NM state licensure accepted if proof included with application.
- Ability to work independently and manage a busy schedule effectively.
- Proficiency in using electronic medical records and healthcare technology.
