Job Details:
- Shift: 8-hour days
- Schedule: Days (Shift from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with minimum of 40 hours per week)
- Required Qualifications: 1 year of experience in skilled home health, BCLS certification, Oregon state license, reliable transportation, and ability to meet system point expectations.
- Preferred Qualifications: Home health experience preferred.
- Certifications: BCLS (Basic Cardiac Life Support) required.
- Additional Information:
- No on-call required.
- No weekend work required.
- Candidate must be within a 50-75 mile radius of the facility and considered local.
- Open to candidates with pending Oregon license.
- Requires primary series COVID vaccination and one booster.
- Experience with Oasis documentation preferred.
- The candidate should have their own transportation as occasional longer drives (up to 50+ miles) might be necessary to minimize windshield time.
- All travelers are expected to float between all facilities within the state.
- References covering at least 1 year of relevant experience are required.
