Job Details:
- Location: Atlantis, Florida
- Schedule: Days, 8-hour shifts, minimum of 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of current hospital acute care, inpatient rehabilitation, or SNF experience. BLS certification is required.
- Preferred Qualifications: Candidates with a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree will be considered first.
- Unit Information:
- 42-bed inpatient rehabilitation unit
- Staff includes a Director, Lead PT, 4-5 PTs, and 5-6 PT assistants, with staffing varying based on shift and volume
- Treatment equipment includes beds, exercise balls, resistance bands, treadmills, and exercise bikes
- Typical Procedures: Inpatient care for orthopedic, cardiovascular, neurologic, and general medical/surgical populations
- Personality Fit: Critical thinker, patient-focused, team player, compassionate, technologically proficient, excellent time management skills
- Dress Code: Grey scrubs preferred; unacceptable attire includes any clothing not meeting professional standards.
