- Additional Information: Candidates with prior permanent or PRN employment at the organization within the last year are ineligible to reapply until they have been separated for at least one year. Candidates with previous outpatient therapy experience and older work history may be considered for rehire upon review. This role requires completing documentation with the credentialing organization outside of the standard clearance process. Parking will be provided on the first day, and dress code details will be provided during onboarding.
