Physical Therapist Outpatient in Avondale, AZ. This position involves providing outpatient physical therapy services primarily to adult and adolescent patients. The role requires hands-on treatment, case management, and implementing various orthopedic and post-operative protocols within a clinical setting.
Job Details:
- Shift: Days
- Schedule: 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Valid physical therapy license, outpatient physical therapy experience of at least 1 year, proficiency with NextGen electronic health record system, and the ability to treat adult and adolescent patients in a clinical environment
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with gross motor assessment, orthopedic cases including Achilles Tendonitis, ACL Tear, Post-Operative Care, and other musculoskeletal conditions
- Additional Information: Dress code is business casual. The caseload includes approximately 50-55 patient visits per week, focusing on conditions such as back pain, fractures, joint replacements, and post-surgical rehabilitation. The clinician will be responsible for implementing case management strategies and conducting assessments like Gross Motor Assessment and various orthopedic interventions.
