Job Summary
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist (PT) to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients to determine treatment needs and appropriate plans of care.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to offer patient-centered care.
- Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Educate patients and families regarding therapeutic exercises and techniques.
- Maintain compliance with facility and professional standards of practice.
Qualifications
- Current state license as a Physical Therapist.
- Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong communication and patient education skills.
- Experience in diverse therapeutic settings preferred.
