- Required Qualifications: Valid Physical Therapist license; a minimum of 2 years of experience in inpatient rehabilitation; current certification or licensure in the state of Arizona.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in adult inpatient rehabilitation settings; familiarity with electronic documentation systems.
