    • Day Shift 3 PTs, 3 PTAs, 2 OTs, 1 COTA, 1 SLP

  • Patient Ratios 9-11 patients per day per FTE

  • Scrub Color/Attire - Acute care: Purple scrubs (eggplant) Outpatient: Business attire or polo-khakis
Unit Guidelines/Policies : Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines.
Weekends and On call(if any)
  • Rotation every 5 th weekend. Only see priority patients on Saturday average 2-3 hrs. No Sunday visits
