Pharmacy Technician (Varied)

Key Responsibilities- Perform sterile compounding procedures including handling of hazardous drugs and chemotherapy agents
- Utilize Closed System Transfer Devices (CSTDs) and prime IV lines in accordance with facility protocols
- Maintain compliance with all USP 797 and USP 800 standards and competency requirements
- Support pharmacy operations across varied shifts in a regional hospital setting
- Operate within an electronic medical records system (Cerner)
Required Qualifications- Minimum 2 years of pharmacy technician experience
- Active Michigan Pharmacy Technician License at time of submission
- Proficiency in sterile compounding including hazardous drugs and chemotherapy
- Demonstrated competency with CSTDs and IV line priming
- Current documentation of all required USP 797 and USP 800 competencies
Preferred Experience / Skills- Previous travel pharmacy technician experience
- Familiarity with Cerner EMR platform
