The Pharmacist
We are seeking a Travel Pharmacist to join a dynamic hospital team in Peridot, AZ. This is an exciting opportunity for experienced pharmacists who thrive in a fast-paced, clinical environment and enjoy collaborating directly with healthcare teams.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of recent hospital pharmacy experience.
• Current Arizona pharmacy license
• ACLS & BLS certifications
• Cerner and Omnicell experience
• Ability to respond to code blues, provide recommendations, and consult with healthcare staff as needed
• Must answer questions from doctors and nurses and complete consults as part of daily responsibilities
• Board Certified and/or completion of an accredited pharmacy residency
• At least 3 year of recent hospital pharmacy experience
