Monitor patient medication therapies and provide drug information
Identify and troubleshoot potential medication safety hazards
Document all patient interactions for medical review
Supervise and direct pharmacy support personnel
Required Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy
Active Pharmacist license in the state of practice
All licensures and certifications required to fulfill Pharmacist duties at the state level
Retail pharmacy experience
Basic Life Support (BLS) or HeartCode BLS (HBLS) or Healthstream Basic Life Support (HS-BLS)
