Key Responsibilities
Perform pharmacist duties in support of an Epic EMR conversion environment
Operate within a rotating shift schedule on a 4x10 hour schedule
Administer and manage IV therapy; IV training completion is required
Apply age-specific awareness and competence when working with pediatric and neonatal patient populations
Accurately document all relevant clinical activity within the Epic system
Required Qualifications
Active Pharmacist license in good standing
Current, hands-on Epic experience is required
Cerner experience within the last 5 years
Must have successfully completed at least one prior contract or served as an employee of an organization in a pharmacist role
Work history must clearly document the charting system(s) used; if multiple EMR systems were used at a single position, date ranges for each system must be provided
Must pass IV training prior to assignment start
