Responsibilities
Provide accurate travel pharmacy services while on-site in Arizona.
Ensure compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations and company policies.
Deliver timely medication dispensing and answer clinical queries from providers.
Track performance metrics and report progress to leadership on a regular cadence.
Maintain robust patient-facing documentation and secure medication records.
Assist investigations and audits to protect patient safety and data integrity.
Collaborate with sales and operations to map territory pipelines and targets.
Maintain high accountability for own outcomes within a team-oriented environment.
Proactively identify workflow bottlenecks and propose process improvements.
Participate in ongoing professional development and pursue advancement opportunities.
Educate clients and patients on proper medication use and safety.
Experience/Qualifications
Licensed pharmacist in Arizona with active state pharmacy license
Travel pharmacy experience providing on-site dispensing and clinical support
Strong knowledge of federal and Arizona state pharmaceutical regulations
Experience with audits and investigations to ensure patient safety and data integrity
Proficiency with secure medication records and patient documentation
Ability to track performance metrics and report to leadership regularly
Customer-facing communication skills for patient and provider education
Collaborative mindset to work with sales and operations on territory pipelines
Ability to identify workflow bottlenecks and propose process improvements
Commitment to continuous professional development and career advancement
