Assignment Details Start Date: Tentative August 2026 (dependent on infusion center completion)
Contract Length: 26 Weeks
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8-Hour Shifts
Guaranteed Hours: 40 Hours Per Week
Additional Coverage: Weekend, holiday, and on-call rotation shared with pharmacy team
Responsibilities:
Verify and review oncology medication orders Prepare chemotherapy medications and compound hazardous drugs Evaluate medication dosing, interactions, and safety considerations Collaborate closely with oncology nurses, providers, and pharmacy staff Support infusion center workflows and oncology patient care initiatives Maintain pharmacy documentation within Epic EMR Function independently within a small hospital pharmacy environment
