Seven Healthcare are seeking a skilled and experienced Pharmacy/Retail Supervisor for a travel assignment in Arizona. Key Responsibilities of the Pharmacy/Retail Supervisor
  • Directs, manages, and supervises daily administrative operations to ensure high-quality service consistent with professional and governmental standards
  • Develops operational and financial outcome measures and tracking systems
  • Implements and evaluates departmental policies and procedures
  • Facilitates continuous process improvement and assesses program effectiveness
  • Develops and supervises staff, ensuring professional growth and performance standards
  • Implements computer-based systems for efficient data capture and dispensing
  • Manages purchasing and inventory functions for cost-effective management
  • Facilitates staff's professional growth by coordinating learning opportunities
  • Prepares monthly progress reports and identifies areas for improvement
  • Participates in orientation, training, and quality assurance programs

Requirements of the Pharmacy/Retail Supervisor
  • Five years of professional experience with two years of management experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD, preferred; PGY1 residency preferred
  • Current and valid state Pharmacy license, Arizona license preferred
  • BLS certification within 30 to 90 days of hire
  • Licensed to administer immunizations and vaccines, preferred
