Job Title: Pharmacist Profession: Pharmacy Specialty: Inpatient Pharmacist Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day and Night Hours per Shift: 8 hours Experience: 1 year inpatient pharmacy experience required; travel experience preferred License: Must have state license in hand at the time of submission Certifications: Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy required; PharmD, RPh required Must-Have: - EPIC charting experience required - IV experience, pain-controlled analgesia, antibiotics, drug interactions, order entry, and verification of medication orders required - Chemo experience, anticoagulants, pharmacokinetic dosing, and renal dosing preferred Description: Pharmacist in an inpatient setting is needed for immediate placement. Shifts will include a rotating schedule with weekdays and some weekends (every third weekend). When working overnights, the schedule will consist of 7 nights on and 7 nights off. Day shifts may include various start times such as 0630, 0730, 0900, or 1000 hours with respective end times. Evening shifts could start at 1300, 1430 hours with respective end times. Majority of shifts will be during the day and evening, with a weekend rotation and occasional overnight shifts when necessary. Candidates must hold a valid state pharmacy license at the time of submission. The position requires a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and a minimum of 1 year of inpatient pharmacy experience. The use of professional dress or hunter green scrubs is expected. Facility cannot accommodate specific fit testing conditions. Candidates must provide required documentation regarding patient ratios and any relevant patient care experience.
