Job Title: Specialty Pharmacist Profession: Pharmacy Specialty: Pharmacist Outpatient Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours (08:00 - 16:30) Experience: Minimum experience in outpatient pharmacy, preferred experience in specialty pharmacy, preferred experience with electronic health records system License: State Pharmacy Licensure required Certifications: BLS/PALS required Must-Have: COVID-19 Vaccine required, no exemptions accepted; flu vaccine required, no exemptions accepted Description: Position available in outpatient pharmacy. The pharmacist will work day shifts from Monday to Friday. The role involves providing specialty pharmacy services. Minimum experience in outpatient pharmacy is required. Preferred experience in specialty pharmacy is also desirable. Experience with electronic health records is preferred. Candidates must hold a valid state pharmacy license. BLS and PALS certifications are necessary. COVID-19 vaccination is required, with no exemptions allowed. Flu vaccination is required, with no exemptions permitted. The work environment is smoke-free. Traveling professionals may be required to float between facilities. Medication and dosage testing will be conducted during the first week, with a passing requirement of 100%. Three attempts to pass the testing will be provided.
