Job Title: Relief Pharmacist Profession: Pharmacy Specialty: Pharmacist Outpatient Duration: 8 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours (09:00 - 17:30) Experience: Minimum years of experience required License: Valid pharmacy license required Certifications: Relevant certifications required Must-Have: - Previous charge experience preferred - Patient ratio experience - Experience with charting systems - Community hospital experience preferred Description: Relief Pharmacist needed to cover for hiring and training staff, as well as to fill in for someone on leave. This position involves providing pharmaceutical care to patients in an outpatient setting. The pharmacist will need to ensure the safe and effective use of medications. Strong communication skills will be essential for interacting with healthcare team members. Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams is expected to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Experience with EPIC charting system is highly preferred. Candidates must submit references from recent positions held. An emphasis will be placed on candidates with a strong commitment to patient care and professionalism. Vaccination requirements apply; a flu vaccine is required with exemptions considered for medical or religious reasons.
