Minimum of two years of experience as a Registered Pharmacist. Minimum of one year of experience as a Clinical Pharmacist. Description: This position provides services at the main campus and satellite clinics. The Pharmacist is responsible for providing comprehensive pharmacy and medication management services to patients. This role ensures a consistent level of service in accordance with established policies. Direct patient care and services are provided to neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, geriatric, oncology, and obstetric patients. This position requires working rotational shifts, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. There is an opportunity for career advancement through tier levels of Pharmacist to Advanced Practice Pharmacist, based on pharmacy experience. The Advanced Practice Pharmacist serves as a clinical pharmacist for direct clinical pharmacy services for inpatient and outpatient departments. Additionally, the Advanced Practice Pharmacist II is responsible for specialized pharmacy-based clinics. They conduct ongoing analysis of clinical services and develop programs that ensure the highest quality of care. Responsibilities also include the administration of policies and procedures and directing programs and activities in alignment with the organization's mission, vision, and values. The incumbent serves as the Clinic Manager of Operations at designated clinics and provides technical and administrative supervision to professional and non-professional employees. The healthcare organization serves a large area and acts as a referral center. Services provided include comprehensive inpatient and outpatient emergency services and various specialized medical procedures.
