Pay: $2,914.80 per week

Shifts: Monday to Friday with rotating shifts (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, or 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM) and required evening and weekend on-call coverage

Seven Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Clinical Pharmacist with home infusion experience for a contract-to-hire position in Apex, NC. This role involves managing home infusion therapies with a focus on clinical oversight, sterile compounding, and operational workflow support. Key Responsibilities of the Clinical Pharmacist
  • Manage home infusion therapies with clinical oversight and support using CPR+
  • Review referrals for appropriateness and complete new patient starts and refills
  • Perform medication reconciliation and patient counseling
  • Monitor lab-dependent therapies and coordinate care with providers and nursing
  • Accurately enter prescriptions, document, and adjudicate claims
  • Prepare and verify sterile compounded medications, ensuring USP compliance
  • Supervise pharmacy technicians and support production and delivery workflows
  • Maintain inventory and ensure timely, safe medication dispensing and delivery

Requirements of the Clinical Pharmacist
  • MUST HAVE HOME INFUSION EXPERIENCE
  • Relevant license and certification
  • Experience with sterile compounding and operational workflow support
