Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Candidate Pay Rate: $2900 - $3002 weekly gross

Roles & Responsibilities

• Verify oncology medication orders using Epic system to ensure patient safety
• Answer provider and patient questions regarding chemotherapy regimens and treatments
• Oversee and check the work of pharmacy technicians compounding sterile hazardous and non-hazardous infusions
• Enter and review therapy/treatment plans in Epic for oncology patients
• Collaborate with oncology clinic leadership and IP pharmacy clinical manager to optimize patient care

  Knowledge & Skills

• Oncology medication management and chemotherapy protocols
• Sterile compounding of hazardous and non-hazardous infusions
• Epic system for order verification, treatment planning, and documentation
• Patient and provider education on oncology therapies
• Regulatory compliance for hazardous drug handling
