### Join Our Pediatric Nursing Team - Night Shift Opportunity! **Job Description:** - **Position:** RN - Pediatrics - **Schedule:** Night Shift (6:45 PM - 7:15 AM) - **Location:** Asheville, NC (3rd Floor, Building G) **Why Join Us?** - Engage in a dynamic environment in our Pediatric unit, providing care to 19 total beds composed of 13 pediatric beds and 6 oncology beds. - Collaborate with a dedicated team of 22 staff members, including 10 pediatric nurses and 12 oncology specialists. - Experience supportive staffing ratios of 1:3, 1:4, or 1:5 to ensure excellent patient care. - Utilize state-of-the-art equipment, including Alaris pumps, while working with the Cerner EMR system. **Essential Qualifications:** - **Must Have:** - Pediatric experience in a hospital setting - Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) - Basic Life Support (BLS) - For oncology, APHON certification required - **Preferred Skills:** - Pediatric oncology experience **Unit Details:** - Shift Composition: - Night Shift: 4 RNs, 1 Charge RN, 1 RT, 1 PCT - **Personality Fit:** - Detail-oriented and organized professionals thrive here! - **Floating Areas:** - Opportunities to float to PICU or NICU as needed. **Dress Code:** - Scrubs: All navy blue or white tops are required for RNs. **Weekend Commitment:** - 6 weekend shifts, including 2 Saturdays required. **Orientation:** - 4-hour hospital orientation followed by an 8-hour shift on the floor. --- **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
