Position Overview
We are seeking a Travel Patient Coordinator (Sales-Focused) to support multiple spa locations nationwide.
This is a high-ticket sales role, focused on converting consultations into revenue, building client relationships, and consistently achieving performance targets.
Compensation & Earnings
- Base Pay: $3,500/month
- Commission: 3% / 5% / 7% (based on daily performance)
- Earning Potential: $115,000 – $140,000+ annually

Key Responsibilities

Conduct consultations and close high-value treatment packages

Meet and exceed daily and monthly revenue targets

Handle objections and confidently convert leads into clients

Qualifications

Proven experience in high-ticket sales (aesthetics, medical spa, luxury retail, hospitality, or similar)

Strong closer with consistent performance

Excellent communication and objection-handling skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment

Willingness to travel for extended periods (up to 6 months)
