Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Outpatient Clinic to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care within an outpatient urology clinic setting, focusing on catheter management.
• Administer Intravesicular BCG therapy and monitor patient responses.
• Manage trials of void and catheter exchanges efficiently.
• Deliver patient education on self-catheterization and telephone triage as needed.
• Maintain accurate records using EPIC charting systems.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications

• Valid WA or Compact RN license required at the time of submission.
• Minimum of 1 year RN experience, with travel experience preferred.
• Urology and outpatient clinic experience required.
• Experience with catheter exchange and BCG administration is essential.
• Proficiency in EPIC charting systems preferred.
• BLS certification required.
