Job Details:

- Preferred Qualifications: Previous assignment with the organization or with the agency is highly desired; prior experience with the organization is nice to have.
- Additional Information: Performs comprehensive patient evaluations, creates individualized treatment plans, documents medical records accurately and promptly, and ensures care is provided per signed physician orders and insurance approvals. Contributes to student mentorship and professional growth activities. Maintains licensure and adheres to all regulatory and organizational standards. Demonstrates commitment to safety, quality improvement, and organizational core values.
