- Float: Float rotation may be required
- Additional Information: The therapist will be required to complete some documentation directly with the facility outside of the organization's clearance packet before being cleared to start the assignment. Applicants with recent or previous employment history at this facility within the past year should consult further guidance to ensure eligibility.
- Note: Equipment will be provided during the interview, and parking will be available during the first day. Dress code details will be provided during the first day.
