Ensuring patient is safe during surgery following policy/procedure with surgical counts, implants, time-out, specimens etc. Documenting everything accurately and efficiently in Cerner. Communicate with members of the team in a professional manner. Be knowledgeable of using the chain of command as necessary to escalate a difficult situation.
