**Exciting Opportunity for Travel Operating Room RN in Alaska!** **Job Description:** - Seeking a passionate and skilled Operating Room (OR) RN to join our dynamic team! - **Shift:** - 7:00AM - 7:00PM - **Assignment Length:** - 13 weeks - **Start Date:** - As soon as possible - **Required Experience:** - Ortho, Total Joints, Neuro, Robotics - **Call Shifts:** - Expect to take on approximately 15 call shifts per month, varying from month to month (typically 5-6 shifts every 4 weeks) - **Unit Information:** - **Operating Room Features:** - 11 ORs available - Patient Ratios: 1:1 - Average staffing during the day: 8 RNs, 8 Scrub techs, and 5 Surgical support techs - Night shift: 1 charge RN and 1 scrub tech in-house with call team backup - Diverse range of OR beds and equipment, utilizing Epic for EMR - **Typical Procedures:** - Total Joints - Multi-level spine fusions - Variety of Xi Robotic cases (GYN, Colorectal, General) - Minimal ENT, Dental, Eyes, or Plastics procedures - **Ideal Candidate Traits:** - Strong patient advocate as circulator - Resourceful and collaborative team player - Possess a positive outlook - **Required Certifications:** - Alaska RN license - BLS - ACLS - **Dress Code:** - Scrubs provided by the facility - **On-Call Responsibility:** - Must be available for weekend calls; if assigned during the week, call is required as mentioned above **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
